With The Credit Card Offers (Such As GM, Post Office Etc), Is There Anyway To HAVE A Credit Card, Yet NOt Use It So It Doesnt Cost Anything?

correct,i have the post office cc sitting here with no annual fee and i havent used it

Right Ok So Is There Anything Specific I Have To Select Or Is It Standard Not Having To Pay Anything Unless You Use It?

with 95% of credit cards you only pay when you spend on them , ie the interest on the amount the put on it , as said above to get a green for it you have to be accepted for and receive a credit card , if you think you are gonna be tempted then simply cut it up when it arrives

Just make sure when you sign up to Credit Cards they say "No Annual Fee" This means, as stated above, you only pay interest when you use the card, and if you pay the balance in full every month you dont pay interest anyway.
