Bank Transfers

Sorry to bother - I have put this in a support ticket, but I know you've had a bit of downtime recently...........

I'm still waiting on a bank transfer since 19 December - I've sent all the details but my account is still showing as processing. Can you let me know when this will be done please?

Just got this response:

I apologise for the extreme delay in a response to your ticket. Being so close to xmas, your details had not been entered into the system for a transfer. This has now been done for you and you should expect to receive your bank transfer within 7 business days.
