Anyhow i made an offer at jackpot over 2 weeks ago and it still shows incomplete. my username is beatznotbomz@hotmail.com if there is an administrator that can help that would be great. thanks |

| Mini Mac | Re: Offer not Completedyou say you are having problems with the help on the website do you mean the jackpot joy website or the real incentives website , you need to log onto realincentives and go to contact us at the bottom and create a new ticket expalining that you have not received credit for your offer , from my experience if you can include a screenshot of your jackpot joy account showing you spent the required money it should speed things along a bit , but it can sometimes take a while to get a manual credit , you can however though still keep getting referrals in the mean time |
