I completed the jackpot joy offer on consoles.real-incentives on the 18th and my account still says 'no offer completed'
I opened a support ticket about this on the 25th and still have no reply.

How long does this offer usually take?

I've been waiting for credit on King Jackpot on the same site for just over a week now. I logged a support ticket and got a reply after 5 days, and they advised me to send them the confirmation details and they'll get me manually credited. It seems to be taking a while to credit things just now.

same thing happened to me on hdtv real incentives but was king jackpot i completed offer on 18th movember sent support ticket and they said send no credit report with the email from king jackpot sent when i opened account so they can chase it up, did that 25th november. they say can take up to 30 days to credit. just have to wait and be patient.

I was wondering why RI is still in the new & unsupported networks section because in the past when I used them they've always been brilliant. But if it takes this long with everyone I can see why.

No credits are completely out of our control and can take as long as 30 days for the advertiser to get back to us. If we dont get paid, we cannot give the member credit, for obvious reasons.

On another network, I recently had to apply for a manual credit. I sent the confirmation email and it was credited within 24 hours. Why does it take longer with RI?

Looks to me like this question has already been answered. It's not the networks fault.

I still haven't got credit for this offer. I emailed in the stuff I was asked for, never got a reply.

I've suffered a similar fate (2 weeks and still offer not completed) with king.com on FJ. Logged a support call with FJ and they came back very promptly explaining that it could take up to 3 weeks for the full process of tracking the offer.

So waiting patiently praying that I will eventually get my completed offer status.
