Maybe bumping a thread after a day or two would be acceptable, but seeing as this is a specific account question you may be better off using the real incentives support area if you require instant answers.

It's just a bit frustrating when you know they are meant to be green and you know you are meant to be verifying on Sunday but nothing is happening. |

I'm in no rush as I can wait, but I posted a support ticket 5 days ago and it's not been replied to. It was concerning not being credited yet for King Jackpot, but I'm going to give it the full 10 days before panicking as I know it can get done manually. |
