problem with sign up

This is a discussion on problem with sign up within the Real Incentives forums, part of the Old Networks category; just wondering if anyone has any idea from experience one of my referrals can't login when he tries to login ...

problem with sign up


just wondering if anyone has any idea from experience

one of my referrals can't login

when he tries to login it says the database has no record of the email address even though its on my list

and when he tries to sign up using that email again it says the email is already in the system

he hasn't received an activation email and has checked both junk and inbox

i've tried to get him to do it on both firefox and ie

nothings working

anyone got any ideas or would this have to be done by contacting ash

Have you tried using the link to resend the activation email? It might not be registering if he's not activated it.

he might have registered with the wrong e-mail address... typo?

We dont send activation emails.

Often, when we get tickets saying they cant login, its simply due to incorrect signup details, e.g. .co,uk instead of .co.uk

If the email is already in the system, then please ask them to try and reset their password, and if that doesnt work please ask them to contact us.
