Yeah I think they are every four hours just now . One said he did King Jackpot yesterday morning and I know the other did Gala Bingo last night. One is a good friend and the other is from the trade section.

i did trade 2 days ago. i did king jackpot offer for hdtv real-incentives. the offer still not green. its annoying as the guy is doubting i did it. sent ticket to see if it has gone through okay last night but no response yet.

Still no greens from the two yellow. I really want to make Sunday's verification . What possible reason would there be for them not going green yet? He waged the whole £5 on a game on gala bingo.

Still no reply to my ticket and that's been over two days now. My friend is really hardcore harassing me now. PLUS he has my tenner and I have no offer showing as complete. PLEASE reply Ash even just an acknowledgment that you are looking into it? At least then, i can give him a semi answer and get him off my back.

I AM NOT HARRASSING. It's called customer service. Do you think I would be harrassing him if I wasn't desperate? You don't have people on your back harrassing you, and I mean actually harrassing not just one or two posts in a forum over two and a half days. I told this guy (as told by Ash) that I would answer him in two days and here I wake up to several emails and text messages.

The network owners work their socks off but can't be responsible for any promises that you have given to the people who are harrassing you.

If your/their offer hasn't tracked, then Ash won't be able to chase the advertiser/Trade Doubler for a manual credit for a good while yet. Some things are just out of his hands.

We all know how you feel and have been in the same boat, but this is a waiting game I'm afraid.

I appreciate that but even a reply or something to show this guy would be very helpful. Ash said I could expect an answer yesterday morning and that tickets are usually answered within two days. So, because that was the timescale I was given, that is what I passed on..

in addition to what furb said Ash or any of the site owners are not under any obligation to even come on exceem let alone deal with peoples enquiries on here which is why they have a support system , we understand your frustration but you need more patience if you wanna stick at the freebie scene. 2 days is not that long wait at all
