Please recheck, the oldest support ticket is one day old......

And we no longer offer free greens.

Why should every individual member be told when a network decides to add or take something away from their network?

If the networks wish to change anything, they most likely will announce it on exceem, which was the case with the free green ending. It's up to the member to do a search and look for any posts regarding "free greens" etc.

Was the free green for delayed support tickets even around when you joined?

yes it was articfox, and excuse me i no a bit about running a business i run a kitchen and bathroom studio so something like this if stated u must honor it....... I dont mind im just wondering why everyone wasnt told and also wondering how comes my ticket hadnt been answered so thankyou for your INPUT

We were, it was announced on Exceem. I don't know why your ticket hasn;t been answered. Could be any number of reasons, but 3 days isn't bad considering how long it can be on some networks.

fair enough all i was doing was asking out loud as wasnt sure what was going on was only to ask if the two wii games i selected can i choose the titles?

Took me about 30 seconds to find but then I guess I have more time on my hands as I dont have a kitchen and bathroom studio to run

So, to answer your question, everyone was told, through exceem and if the situation changes, they will announce that also in exceem. Do you really expect them to message everyone?

What kind of business are you running?? Businesses are within their rights to change their terms and conditions or any policies they may have at any time without notice. It was nice of them to let us know on here, but they didn't even have to do that.
