![]() | Some RI QuestionsHey guys, got a mobiles RI account set up a week or so ago and set up a site a couple days ago, had 201 hits 10 people have signed up under my link but have some questions I couldn't find answers to in the T&C or forums. First, out of 10 sign ups only one is green, the others are all yellow saying No Offer Completed, does this mean them people haven't even bothered to do an offer and need a kick up the backside, or does that mean they may have done it and they may go green in the next update, unless of course they would actually say "Pending" if they have started to do an offer. Second, didn't see anything about websites in the T&C, but if my site is advertising a free iPhone with all the info like proof news reports etc etc, and nothing else, since I do only have a mobiles.ri account for now, is there any rules about misleading search engines like sticking ps3, wii, ipod etc etc only in the "keywords" section just to try and get higher rankings? Also Can I create as many websites as I want to try different layouts see which pulls people in more? What are the exact rules with RI and referral spreading/websites?. Thanks |

| Mini Mac | Re: Some RI QuestionsHey, first of all. The websites are credited every 4 hours now, so it is highly unlikely that your referrals did the offer and weren't credited. Unless, of course, they did it 2 or so hours ago. It might be a good idea, to e-mail them and tell them to do an offer. I'm not quite sure about the 2nd question, about putting PS3 etc as the keywords, but I don't see why it would cause a problem, and you probably are allowed to do it. But just in case, wait for Ash to read this thread, and hopefully he'll give you a clearer answer.

Members are credited every four hours. So if theres any yellows still not credited, then unless their credit has mistracked, they wont go green. Unless you contact them using their listed email, and persuade them. We dont mind sites pointing to real incentives, as long as theres no url masking, so be creative with your sites Think thats about it, enjoy! Ash

![]() | Re: Some RI QuestionsThanks for the fast replies, looks like I will have to email all these people in a week or so, probably afraid to give out card details. Do any of these offers have problems with cards like splash plastic? Could be enough to persuade people to do it. My website doesn't have any referral "masking" as in links don't say they go elsewhere, hover any images and the status bar clearly shows the referral url. I have another question, I did the lovefilm offer, rented one DVD and because I just don't like the way you can't get the movie you want when you want it I returned the DVD and cancelled (yes I know not allowed to talk about cancelling, but I purely did it because I don't like it otherwise I probably would have stayed since it is a good service other than that, not because I just want a free item). Should I have waited the 2 week trial or will it still count? As it has been a few days and my status page still says no offer completed, though I read every second Sunday you get the list which I am assuming is this Sunday coming? Offer did only say sign up and rent one DVD, not go to the very end of the trial. I'll give it the 2 weeks see if anything happens. Thanks Last edited by HBAndrew; 16-11-07 at 12:33 PM.. |

Oh, if your status is still no offer completed, then the offer hasnt registered, as lovefilm offers are credited 'lovefilm pending' until they are approved/denied by the advertiser. You'l need to submit a support ticket about this please, Ash

| Mini Mac | Re: Some RI QuestionsHmm, don't wanna be the bearer of bad news lol, but unless you're showing as Pending, your offer hasn't tracked. Does it say Not Completed or Pending ? EDIT: Ash is on the ball today lol

![]() | Re: Some RI QuestionsJust sent a ticket, hopefully this can be resolved, otherwise I will maybe give that post office one a try since somehow I have £1.30 in my bank account so can't do any of the other offers for a while. Thanks for the heads up the_saint, though I got no job right now and a Credit Card in my hands could be a bad thing lol. |
