What now?

I've had a miserable time on Real-Incentives so far.

I completed the LOVEFiLM offer, and have even continued with it post-trial. After a week of not being creddited, I took out a support ticket, which, 3 weeks later, still wasn't answered.
I PM'd Ash here twice (a few days inbetween) and on another forum once, I was told that I should forward my confirmation e-mail to the admin e-mail address. I did so, and I received a reply to my ticket with the same answer.
A think I have sent it four times now, and PM'd Ash again, and taken out another support ticket.

This may seem a little extreme, but this was spread out over ~a month + 1/2.

One of my referrals, who also did LOVEFiLM, has gone green, and I still haven't.

I feel cheated out of time and effort. Where to from here?

I guess you could join another website just to have a go at Ash and his network. Oh wait, you've already done that

If you have a problem with Ash and his network that you have posted about in another forum then theres no need to involve this one.

eXceem is not real.incentives support site or any other sites, network owners come here because they choose to do so and are not here to answer PMs.

Hey,

I can assure you that any email sent to my admin address has been dealt with and your no credit has been sent to the advertiser, i am merely waiting for an update, which can take its time to say the least, but this is out of our hands im afraid. As for your support ticket, we will be making drastic improvements to waiting times with our new member of staff who is starting this coming week.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused,

Ash

Re: What now?

@arcticfox:
I am not having a go at Ash or his network, infact, I would say it's probably the easiest to deal with, and the most user friendly, which is why I am not a member of any others; so, no, I haven't joined any others, let alone done so as to 'have a go', as you put it.
Second, I have not posted any problems on any other forums, I only contacted Ash as I was an existing member and found it difficult to make contact in other ways.
Lastly, I am not here seeking support for Real-Incentives, nor am I seeking negative attention for him or the network -- I am posting here at eXceem as a medium by which to find honest advice from other members, some of which are or may have been in similar situations, as to what they think I should do. (eg, continue with support, complete another offer, etc).
So please, learn to accept that sometimes people do seek help, and that for the most part it would be better to answer that call rather than ridicule the caller.

@Ash/wheretoturn:
That was all I needed to know, at least it's being looked into. Sorry if you took it the way that arcticfox did.

Re: What now?

Thanks so much for the understanding.

By the way, on any incentives websites, I've never seen an option to complete multiple offers to gain extra greens, or the option to buy them without having to go through with trades and the like. Is this simply because of how much it would cost the buyer, or because of the difficulty of implementation, or what?

We have been thinking about this feature as it happens, you may find in the future, users will be aloud to complete up to 3 offers themselves, each for one credit, but its not definitly been decided.

Allowing a user to pay for the remainder of their gift is also a nice idea
