Support answers vague and obvious

Why oh why must the answers all be so obvious and vague? I sent a ticket asking if the 16gb ipod touch would be available, and how many referrals it would be, and just get the answer 'we do not currently have the 16gb ipod'.
Surely that is obvious, otherwise I wouldn't be asking!

Don't want this to sound mean in any way, I know that Mr Tindal is probably rushed of his feet with support tickets, orders, verifications etc, but just wondered why there is never any detail put into answers.

As stated a number of times, we do not do custom orders, so if an item isnt on the site, it isnt available unless you get an amazon voucher equivilant.
