Hi there, I was wondering if anyone has recieved anything from RI recently, I have been waiting over 6 weeks for an Ipod delivery, I have been told that my ipod that was sent out on the 31st of JULY was not deliered for some unknown reason, then I was told on the 22nd of august that I would receive it within 7 days, and since the 27th of August I have made 3 support tickets asking where my Ipod is which have gone unanswered.

Is this usual for real incentives, or am I just unlucky?

I would say you are just unlucky, I recieved an Ipod from them last week(via Amazon), and I know other people have recieved lots recently too. I'm sure Ash will see this and look into it for you, but it's more than likely the delivery company at fault, messing up orders etc. Hope you get it sorted soon!
