I though this network was a good and reliable one but maybe its just my case that things seem to be moving really slowly....i hope that my theory is wrong!

Your theory is definitly wrong had a few busy days, will be able to fix ur accounts with the required credits tomorrow. I'l send you a pm (and support ticket response, if a ticket is open) with the result.

Hi Ash, my friend sent in a support ticket about their account status not changing after them completing the lovefilm offer. It has been over 4 weeks since they completed the offer and the support ticket is unanswered too.. Is it worth getting more referrals? Or should I stop bothering? You seem to be online on exceem but support tickets don't get answered and from the looks of the other threads it seems I'm not the only one with problems with RI.

I am over myself, I am just sick and tired of people who have one little hiccup with a site, maybe their ticket hasnt been answered as quickly as possible. They then proceed to say its the end of the site, service aint what it used to be, people jump on the bandwagon agreeing sounding like a pair of old women queuing for their pension. Then once its sorted the site is the best thing since the invention of bread, either moan and stay negative or cut the sites some slack!! Dont keep switching between the two!!

Thankyou.

I agree with Ian there! People just look for the smallest opportunity to moan!

Re: Support tickets - No response

Its not a moan - if a Network states that support tickets are answered in 72 hours and its a week since the ticket hasnt been answered that causes question for concern. And yes it wasnt a moan but just a way of finding out if everything is ok - if theres a backlog fair enough as long as we know what's going on thats all that matters.

Hi, I sent a support ticket a week ago and one 3 days ago, neither of which have been answered, how should I go about getting a response?

Hi Ash, are you having more busy days or something? My friend has sent in the relavent info as you requested a week ago and the support ticket has still not been answered. Will it be answered any time soon or what? Sorry to have another go but I haven't received good customer service from this network since I first signed up.

Re: Support tickets - No response

Apolagies for the double post, but I see Ash has been on exceem and replied to competitions and stuff but he doesn't seem to have the time to reply support tickets or enquiries on exceem about them? I find that very unfair to those who are having problems with real incentives, what does someone have to do to get a reply from the admin? Feels like this is the snatcher network

Re: Support tickets - No response

what are you on about??? R-I are doing a great job, tickets are replied to always quickly, and i have no idea why you are comparing it the snatchers, as ash is on here regularly, does his job (sends out gifts, verifies accounts, credits accounts etc.) and i could go on and on

I beg to differ - why would I have a moan on here if support tickets were being answered on time?! You're probobly right with everything else but I haven't had the chance to get verified yet like you guys cause I'm still having trouble with getting support tickets answered.
