I sent in a support ticket on tuesday about the status of one of my referals who has completed the lovefilm offer, but their status is still not completed. I havent recieved a reply from the support ticket so was wondering if posting here would help? thanks

EDIT: just read that if support tickets arent dealt with in 72 hours, then I am meant to recieve a free green!!! Whoo! 22 hours to go!

He he, should be due one myself as they took about 80 -90hours to reply to one of mine this week!!

No, only RI. But i think if you tried to get 13 odd greens this why submitting tickets on random subjects they might say no!!

I think on Apple which is what the support ticket was about a shuffle is 3 refs so not halfway there, but every little helps!

Gutted!! Though my support ticket was raised at the weekend and the 72 hours passed a couple of days before that post so i should still get mine if they are true to their word - which being RI of course they will be!!

I read somewhere that you dont get a free green for ipod shuffles ....

BUT its been 4 days now and i've still not recieved a reply for my support ticket! So mr 'wheretoturn' if your posting stuff up here on exceem, have you not got time to quickly reply to my support ticket please??? the offers been completed but its not tracking!!!

yeh totally gutted lol - although I don't know what im moaning about, I haven't sent in any support tickets myself!

Any support tickets opened before todays post, are still entitled to a free green if takes more than 72hours for an answer

For a support ticket i made on ps3.ri it took 5 days for an answer. Ref number 16. Created on 17 august and replied on 22 august. That gets me a free green doesn't it? If so, just 2 more greens for the ps3!
