Just out of interest (and not intended to nag) but is the time from being verified until delivery still 15 days? I'm assuming thats working days? Just wondering as my amazon voucher from PVP site went to prossessing 9th June and theres this luverly iTrip that I've got my beady little eyes on

Verification takes 5-20 BUSINESS days, Processing takes 28 BUSINESS days, and once STV, your item should arrive within 2-10 BUSINESS days

This is where us members/customers/users get confused when two people are giving us two different answers. I only asked because my support ticket said 15 business days from the 9th June

Freebie hunters aren't exactly the most patient of people... are we?

I'm especially impatient due to this being my first freebie completion.

I'm desperate to get it all sorted to get my hands on a certain camera before going away. I shall freely admit to checking my email far too frequently :blush:

Yes, sorry about the confusion, to confirm:

Verification is every other sunday now, as previously posted. And users can expect to be processed usually within 2 - 10 business days.
