Hey everyone, i understand some of you have lost faith in Real Incentives...

So i am bringing in some new changes that will bring it back!

Firstly.

Support Tickets

Users who do not receive a reply to a new support ticket within 72 hours will get a free Green!




**These changes will take place after this point, so current users in each of these stages are not eligible**

Hope this helps to restore some lost faith!

You'l be seeing some more changes over the next week as well.

while I welcome what you have written, don't you think the above will just lead to people sending support tickets in the hope that they dont get answered. I'm meaning the people who will post a ticket even though they know its not important or they may well know the answer anyway.

I'm off to cut Ash internet connection and post 2 support tickets as that all I am waiting for

you do realise there might be quite a lot of people trying to abuse the "system" like posting pointless suport tickets.

All they have to do is give AN answer in 48 hours, even if it is just "we have noted what you have said and will get back to you", to get out of that potentially sticky situation.

Could have done with this a while ago as i waited 15 days once!

Hmmm, theres 4,000 odd people registered with Exceem. Lets assume 1,000 of those are with an RI site. We could use exceem to organise a mass posting of support tickets on the same day!! They may be able to answer some of them but you can be sure that plenty of people will get no reply in 48hours!!

Only joking, they could just do what i said above anyway!!

Still these are good changes but do you think you could put this somewhere on the login pages to your sites?? It might provide more reassurance to sign ups and help more people to join.

Whilst you might expect them to be hapy join if they are at the login page already, every little helps (apparently!)

any news on the situation the wii? i have been processing for over 2 months now and when i raised a support ticket last month i was told that within 4-5 days i would get an email about the alternatives to the wii, which never arrived and last week i raised another support ticket which has not yet been looked at. I know you are trying your best but can you please update me as i requested in my support ticket.

I still haven't got a reply from an ld ticket, i suppose that went in the bin..

And STILL no comment on the MANUAL CREDITING, i mean its been over a month, and you say they haven't got in contact with ya,

You should open a new ticket asking about the missing green from our trade and then you are guaranteed an answer within 48 hours
