hmmm It's been 4 days since I reopened my ticket concerning a failed credit and still no reply. Does that mean a free green? This would obviously sort out the failed credit thing straight away! (Damn lovefilm!)

Sorry, Free credits can only be given on New tickets.

A failed credit can take up to the 30 business days, i will respond to your ticket later this evening.

I clicked verify the other day but I was wondering why one of my 3 lovefilm pendings still says pending and the other 2 (who signed up later than that) are green?

Hey everyone,

as of now, free greens will be offered to a user if they're ticket is not answered within 72hours. Its not always physically possible to answer them in 48hours.

Also - Verifications will now take place every other week (every 2 weeks).

they're not bad changes, so please dont take them as that

Yes, verifications are still due to be done this coming sunday.
As for the wii stock, im unable to say whether there will definitly be any in stock by then im afraid, but a voucher will be offered as a substitute so that you're not kept waiting longer than 15 business days.

If i had one at £150 how would it work if i wanted something for £70

Voucher equivilant is usually 100% RRP. So in this case, wii will be £179.99

You'l need to submit a support once you've placed your order with us.

Vouchers are kept in your account as credit. So whats left over from one item can be used towards the next.
