R-I on the way out?

Does anyone else get the feeling that R-I are on their way out??? I feel like they keep fobbing everyone off and they always seem to have some sort of problem which prevents verifications etc... Like Upgrading the site (surely only took a day or two), Ash without internet Access, on holiday until X date... Ok sites have to be updated and everyone has to have a holiday but I can't see how this has delayed everything by SO much! If my business depended on internet access then I am pretty sure that I would/could find an alternative way of accessing the internet. In this day and age it isn't really that hard to get online is it?

I say this because I've now been waiting almost 100 days in the processing stage. Support questions are read but not replied to, one was read 33 days ago, no Reply. Sent a new one 10 days ago, it was read 5 days ago and again, no reply.

I guess I'm trying to establish if I am the only one in this situation or is everyone else getting the same? This is the first freebie site that I have completed, so it could just be worrying over something that I know nothing about but it certainly feels like something isn't right.

Hi to be honest if you are waiting on a wii then i think most network owners can't get hold of them and i know some people on the wii.giveaway have been waiting as long as you. Dont R I send paypal alternatives?

What is harsh, my post? I just get the feeling that somethig is seriously not right from my experience.
How is 100 days processing + 60 days to get to verified harsh? Its taken half a year so far (bearing in mind that I got all of my refs in under a month) to get to the stage I'm at and i'm still not there yet!

Out of interest the_icks, I see that you've had cash from wii.ri, what was your order number because mine is no.3

I too have this feeling. I dont believe Ash is still without internet, thats just ridiculous.

Even without Ash, credits are still being done. Just give him some time to get reconnected and catch up with things. I understand it's stressful waiting for so long but you just have to be patient!

Be glad it's not FreePay, you'd be waiting for 1+ years for them to ship anything out!

So if everyone is happy that RI are still doing what they're meant to be then that is good enough for me. Its just that I have a support ticket which is over a month old which hasn't been replied to and a more recent one (10 days) which also hasn't been replied to, combined with the long processing time I assumed the worst...

I too have had payment from RI but i know of members who have been verifying and processing well beyond the websites claims, theres absolutely no reason for this. It doesnt take 30 days to order something.

Is Ash still around? I ask because if Amazon get some more stock in, I'm wondering whether it's worth PM-ing/emailing him about it.

Last time they had some Wii's for a couple of days before they sold out.
(It's possible that people are getting fed up waiting for them & they're going for another console... good news for me, if that's the case)

As ive said time and time again, we're here to stay!

I truly am sorry for the recent lack of communication from us, but this cannot be helped. I have found it increasingly difficult to get internet access over the last week & 1/2.

My net should be reconnected within the next 2 - 3 days, and everything, and i mean EVERYTHING will be back on track. This includes verifications and Order shipments.

Concerning Wii orders, we will be offering amazon gift certificates in the next week. Which will ALL be ordered for you as soon as possible.

I can assure you all that we have no finincial problems whatsover. So money is no issue when it comes to sending out orders
