It is only in very rare cases that credits get untracked. We have an autocreditor that credits every four hours, so getting more referrals shouldnt be a problem

We have had the same response from tradedoubler. It really isnt our fault, we have contacted the advertisers in question, will no response.

Please ask these referrals to open a support (and they will be answered...so no sarcasm on the recent lack of communication please )

Any update on my original post? I did receive a reply to my support question but it only told me what i already knew and that was that you were without internet access for a few days. Still no explanation (unless I missed it?) why processing has taken so far over 100 days and if/when/what is happening.

Processing is being done now I believe as Ash now has access to his internet again as they were changing ISP. All support has been answered, and processing, verifying, and crediting is all being sorted out in order to send out gifts during the coming weeks.

You could always PM Ash about your situation, however, I have been told that everything is being done.

excuse me but there was no sarcasm there. they have sent support quiet a few times and so have i too some which are months old and didnt get answered along with theres.
