 | Support ignored??? Processing timesJust wondering why my support question was read but I wasn't given a reply. Either that or another system problem. My support ticket was over a day old and the next time I checked the status it said 'last activity - 6h' but no reply. 70 days in processing now and starting to think that it will never get any further... Has anyone else been waiting this long? Since originally clicking verify (and all offers were verified with none being lost) its taken almost 4 months and still waiting. It took me 1 month to get all of my referrals, I don't understand how it can take a further 4 months and still nothing. Being my first freebie site I don't know if this is a normal time scale? Cheers. |

I did receive an e-mail a few weeks ago asking for my paypal address to which I've replied (twice) but its now been 3 months and still in processing. I'd appreciate some sort of advice as to what is happening, thanks. |
