Real Incentives - credits/ support


Is anyone else having trouble getting credits from Real Incentives?

I did the Littlewoods Bingo offer on 2 April - at that time their site said that it would be credited within 1 business day. Still no credit.

Raised a support ticket on 4 April - still no response!!

lately, support has been taking about 7-10 days in my experience. We've also had a bank holiday weekend so I expect they were having time off like the rest of us.

Fair enough on the bank holiday, but 7-10 days to answer a support ticket!!! - I only signed up as part of a trade, but was going to work on this once I've finished WiiForFree (1 more green to go - from this trade). I may work on something else though if this is what the support is like.

Regarding support: Any tickets that relate to credit I flag to Ash so you will need to talk to him about that I'm afraid.

I'll have a word with him to see why things are taking so long.

some of my referrals did the littlewoods offer ages ago and didnt get anything, none of my support tickets got answered and its been 15 days since my last one.

can i just get a straight answer, will my referrals get credited?

Your referrals will be credited Chunkchenko. Crediting has been taking quite a while recently due to the updates taking place and so we need to catch up on a lot of stuff, which is of course entirely our fault.

As I said to the previous poster, I will check with Ash to see what the status of crediting is.

I have just checked my PS3 Incentives account and I have had eight FULL credits demoted to half credits. This leaves me with ONE full credit out of the required fifteen (I have already had SIX full credits rejected last month). This is extremely annoying and disheartening and I am rapidly loosing my faith in Real-incentives and their ability.

Can anyone at Real-incentives put my mind at rest and tell me whether my half credits are a mistake as they have remained as whole credits for nearly three months without any problems. It is completely out of order to have them demoted after such a length of time without any explanation. Also, if they remain as half credits, how do I get them back to full credit?
