hi, I seem to have a problem with my offer, Today I went completed the Mecca Games offer (Deal or no Deal is so addictive, 46p tho!!!) but on my account it says that I am LOVEFiLM pending. Will this sort itself out or will I have to wait for a manual credit?

This will sort itself out, as we are updating some scripts etc, some errors are occuring so that when someone completes or signs up for an offer, it shows as lovefilm pending - please don't worry about it though.

Am i correct in thinking that all the lovefilm referals will go to pending and then completed automatically, so Ash's computer problem wont be a factor in this?
Dont suppose you have an update on his Puter etc? Next time you speak to him could you ask him to check his PM's, I have a site that I want to get cracking on but this depends on the answer regarding proof photos?

Hey I've still got an unanswered no credit ticket from 17th. I tried to do the lovefilm offer on laptops, but still no credit, not even a "pending" or whatever is supposed to happen! my ticket ID is 2E7739 if that helps. I know there have been problems but I'm getting a little annoyed here!

Hi Bobby - No credit tickets are sorted through by Ash, and once we receive one with proof of offer completion attached, we contact the advertiser so that they can confirm the offer has been done.

I thought a Proof screen shot was not going to do anything to make you get the credit, one of my referrals sent a support ticket with his proof ages ago...

Hi.

I am only passing on what Ash tells me. It can take advertisers up to and sometimes over a month to reply to us, and once we pass the situation over it is in their hands and we cannot do much about it until they report back to us.
