Real Incentives - credits/ support

I can't stress this fact enough - It can take up to a month for advertisers to reply to us regarding your manual credits! Not all offers track properly for some reason, so we have to file for manual credit. Once we do, it is out of our hands until they reply to us. I will go through tickets later replying to you all needing manual credit the exact same thing I have posted here, as we can't do anything else.

Can you take a look at ticket FFD852 then as well as i'm not sure if it's been flagged for manual credit and it's been almost a month since the offer was completed

I've been waiting two months and a week on processing and told its due to the system upgrade. Has it really taken that long to upgrade and caused such a delay :s

any offer can be untracked for a multiple of reasons.

One reason may be:
incorrect browser settings - not allowing cookies

Ash has said clearly that accounts will be verified once most of the orders have been sent, if you bothered to read the last few pages you would have seen that.

What orders have been sent ?

I am in the verification stage and its completed now been 25 days and have to confirm which games I would like
so they can't send any orders out for me yet. Until its gone into processing.
