My View/Rant About the PS3 R-I Half Credit BALLS-UP:

PS3 R-I do reserve the right to change their offers and the amount of credit gained from them at any time, but, the change should ONLY take effect from the date it is applied. It should definitely NOT apply to the people that completed the Lovefilm offer before the credit change, whilst it was advertised as a FULL credit and NOT a half credit.

I presumed that my full credits had been confirmed and accepted as they remained unchanged for 3 MONTHS. To suddenly be told that they are half credits (and virtually worthless) is wrong and massively annoying as it leaves me completely up s*@t creek . R-I rub more salt into the wound by not answering any f@*king support tickets, or by giving any justifiable explanation (probably because it does not exist).

As ArcticFox has already stated this is purely greed and is bang out of order . If it is not sorted SOON, I think everyone who is p@ssed off with the latest f@*k up by R-I should get medieval on their asses (obviously in a non-violent way)

Just read the post from Ash after I had posted my evil rant.
If all the half credits are put back to full credits like you say, then i am sorry for being so critical (and especially for getting medieval on your asses). But as you can appreciate it was a very sudden and scary thing to see appear on my account after 3 months of thinking my greens were safe. I will keep my fingers crossed that you are true to your word.

Relief! I thought you meant all the sites. I already knew about it not going to be there on ps3.ri because i asked Ash last month where it had gone. Its going to be a hard time to get my last 6 greens to get my ps3! Would you consider bringing it back when the ps3 is quite bit less expensive? price?
