First of all, don't panic lol.
This should be sorted today with one phone call, as soon as the guys realise. I guess they just went over their monthly allowance so need to pay more.

Yup, I had a similar problem with a website that I run and less likely than a bandwidth problem, it'll probably be a server load problem so they're unaware of it and couldn't keep an eye out on the Cpanel

if its down to server load their host should have really connected them first before disconecting, to just pull the plug without any warning is not on (the only exception to that if there was a hole in the scripts that enabled spamming/hacking etc)

The question has to be asked, is shared hosting right for a company like this?

If no one can access the site, that also means no one can get any referals til its fixed, which means Real Incentives lose sign ups and money also because people will divert possible sign ups to other networks/sites.
