RI Consoles Yellows Question

Hi guys,
Quick query. I know for a fact that a friend of mine signed up via my referral link to RI Consoles last night. It hasn't showed up as yellow or green on my status page yet.

Whilst I'm still new at this, I was under the impression that as soon as someone registers using my referral link, they show up as yellow on my status page. Am I right or do I have to wait for RI Consoles to credit that yellow (and then subsequently green) to me?

Any help appreciated and a thanks waiting for you

In short I suppose I'm asking whether I should wait a couple of days to see if anything appears on my 'Status' page or submit a support ticket to RI and explain things?

Hi, ask your friend to log into the real incentives site that they signed upto. then ask them to click on "options", near the top of the page. When you look down the page, under REFERER it will tell you who she was referred from. If this isnt your name, it would seem like they didnt do the correct link OR they have done something wrong while signing in.

If its your name in there, then you need to contact Real Incentives support. Hope this helps

I have asked my friend to check. If he's done it wrong, do you know if us both emailing the Consoles site will make a difference and I'll be able to get that green? It's not as if the bloke in question is dense in any way as he runs an affiliate site himself!

ah right, which site does he run? Dont put a link in for it, just a name.

That's what I feared *Sigh*

He just runs an affiliate site for a popular UK football board. The affiliate system there pays for the software license etc and runs alongside the main forum. People shop through it and the commission makes sure the site stays afloat.

Just pointing out that he knew exactly what he was doing so if it doesn't happen, I'll be extremely angry

Don't give up hope, none of my signups yesterday are showing on consoles.ri.com either.. maybe it's a temporary glitch

I actually messaged my friend for him to check who his referrer was and it said that no-one has referred him. Which simply cannot be true because the only page he's visited at the site is my referral link!

Like I say, I'm new but it all seems suspicious

I'm new too and real incentives is the first site i'm working on. Got 13/12 greens i need but i've been verifying for what seems like ages and because i've heard about these lovefilm reversals i decided i better get a few more referrals. None of them from yesterday show up tho

on a plus side for real incentives, when my offer credit didnt come through i raised a support ticket and they sorted it out for me. don't panic yet. I'm working on interclickz now and the yellows from there didn't show up for about a week so don't worry just yet.

Well, you've put my mind at rest somewhat. Thank you. I've emailed them telling them about the problem. Hopefully that'll help
