Real Incentives and Bingorooms

One of the offers I took out through Real Incentives was Bingorooms.co.uk

It now seems to have been removed from the list of offers and I've just got a "page not available" when I tried to log into the site.

Is this just a temporary blip or is the problem more serious (hence why it was removed from the offer list!).

Ash/Dunstan? (anyone else who knows?)

We removed it because we had such a high rate of reversals through it. Especially for a bingo offer.

Still can't get into their site, have they gone caput?

One of my referrals (the one I pm'd you about) needs a manual credit and they also did Bingorooms. How on earth are they going to get into their account to provide proof of deposit etc?

Are they allowed to do another offer? It will cost me () but I need the green !

I'm just trying to think how an offer that you pay up front for can have reversals, thats a strange one.

My only thought is, is bingo rooms part of a larger company which would mean you couldnt do 2 different sites? Just like deal or no deal and Jackpot joy.

Re: Real Incentives and Bingorooms

It's nothing like any of the other sites I've signed up to. Not the most impressive if I am honest.

Deposits were in dollars, which surprised me.

The real question is whether my referral can do a differnet offer? Is that allowed?

Re: Real Incentives and Bingorooms

My missing referral reckons the Bingorooms site is back up and running (can't check from work) and has sent full account details to support@real-incentives.com

That is the mail address I told them to use and presume it is the right one. If not, perhaps Ash or Dunstan could confirm.

One a more general note, my referral is seriously disappointed with the whole situation and the service they have received. They have lodged numerous support tickets on the RI site dating back to 21st Jan. After an ear bashing I passed some gentle reminders on to Ash via pm by I am still being told that not one of the support tickets has had the courtesy of a response.

I have a vested interest because this is the last green I need to complete the site but beyond that, I am surprised that the level of service has slipped so much.

Even more so when I hear of further expansion into the US market
