any 1 know the score with real incentives are they having problems
reason i ask is i did an offer over a week and a bit back and it still says not completed already put in a support ticket to which took 5 days for a response
the response was make sure you did offer correct i did there deal or no deal offer place tenner in account and played thru as it stated.
ive emailed real incentives to no joy.
it stated on there support ticket to give them proof etc ,with your referral ID, email address, and proof of offer completion
to which i have but how do i proof offer completion ? real incentives wont tell me because they aint answering mail
any 1 any ideas please?

take a screen grab of your Jackpot Joy account (Deal Or No Deal), showing that you deposited £10, and played through (at least) £10.

take screen shots of your account and withdrawls page on jackpotjoy site
also any emails from jackpot joy when u joined.
bundle up and send in to support.
jackpotjoy are sh**te at crediting always have been.

Try sending them the Confirmation email you received when you joined plus a screenshot from your account showing current balance & anything that shows your deposit (I can't remember if they send an email for that as well)...
I guess, only DOND can confirm you actually played through it but you can show willing for the rest...

thanks for replys but im still lost here because the offer was deal or no deal on gala bingo to which i did but issue is when i go check account it doesnt say how much i put in and spent it shows account balance withdraw add funds etc but doesnt state how much i prev deposited and played?????????

The reason why we replied to you is to let you know what to do, which is what we did. I know it can be frustrating waiting weeks for offer completion, and we ask you to email your proof to us just so we can confirm you have done the offer to its requirements, and give you a green.

At the moment, our No Offer Credit system is waiting for our designer to get it up and running - which is taking much longer than we expected - therefore we are getting tons of emails with peoples offers.

I personally don't receive the emails, I just do support, but I will let Dunstan or Ash know about your problem and we will sort it out.

Perhaps this thread/post should be moved to the large Real Incentives thread?
