Just to clear things up about the lovefilm situation:

Lovefilm still report to us the leads we get each day. So we can still credit them on a day to day basis.

Reversals instead of happening once a month, Happen once a week (generally - but can take up to 14 days according to lovefilm). So its a quicker verifying time.

Also - users have to Physically RECIEVE a dvd to get a Permanent credit. So users are not reported to us after 2 weeks, they are reported in real-time, when they sign up for the trial. But will be reversed if they do not recieve at least one DVD in the post.

Hope this clears things up.

Also guys which do you reckon is the best gambling offer on R.I, as i would like to complete one soon and need your support on this. The gambling offers are as follows:

Gala Bingo - Deal or no Deal
888 - Pacific Poker
Chit Chat Bingo
Littlewoods Bingo

I would like to complete the most reliable gambling offer that should be credited quicker than the rest. Another thing, when i clicked on the littlewoods bingo offer and clicked the sign up they have that little promotional code thing but it was blank! I would have thought there should be a code there so Littlewoods would know that i signed up under R.I. What do you thinks wrong? or is this perfectly normal?

An update to crediting the with lovefilm.

We have decided to credit referrals 2 weeks after they sign up to their offer - allowing time for the reversals to confirm. That way the 'greens' you get on your referrals accounts - stay on your referrals accounts.

Is there no way then that you could put something beside there referal number so that we know they have at least signed up for the Lovefilm offer (even if we dont know if it will go green)?

It's a bit unfair on anyone just waiting for one more green to complete a site. They wont know if they have potential greens or not so they will have 2 choices
1-Hope that one of their recent sign ups will go green or
2- go for even more sign ups (something that might not benefit them BUT will benefit the Network (Real Incentives)

As for your new sites. To be perfectly honest, unless you are going to be getting some help, I think it's a bad idea to launch more sites as the recent times taken to answer support tickets, questions on here and update all the sites has been shocking. Yes, I appreciate that you may be busy but there still has to be full time support if you are running a full time (increasing) network.

I'm not having a go, just dont want to see this network get slower and then finish because it's too much work for the owners, that is not in anyones interest.

I will ask the question again. You said you were updating all sites the other day, did you complete ALL the sites?

Was just going to post the same, it does appear that support is slacking, you cant hide this just by opening more sites, unless your planning on just making as much money as possible at the expense of your members

we understand that support has been slacking lately, and as a result, will be hiring someone to help with the support side of things.

arcticfox - As for the network gettin too much for the owners - i understand why you may say this, but it is not at all true. I find this business enjoyable and rewarding. I can assure you we are going nowhere. Thank you for answering some of the questions.

If you are getting more staff for support, thats great and I hope it helps. Would it be possible to have more help on crediting also, as this possibly causes some of these support tickets?

I know you are also a freebie hunter (and also been scammed) so you will understand how frustrating it is waiting to see if all your hard work refering people has paid off in greens. Even more frustrating if you are only waiting for one.

Personally, I wouldnt go back to offering greens for not replying to support tickets within 48 hours as this will just encourage more people to contact support with any old question just hoping for free greens. No other site does this, or needs to do this.

As we said - we are thinking about. We appreciate a you say arcticfox.

We feel we need to do this to compensate the lack of support in the past month.

Also - crediting is something we feel has to be done by us - due to personal information on the accounts etc. We ourselves are responsible for the lack of crediting lately, and we apologise. We will try to credit at least once a day from now on. But if there's not time, it will be no later than 2 days.

Would it not be more effective to invest some time/money in coding scripts to automate parts of the process like crediting, reversals etc.
