On another note, now that people have recieved freebies and cash from RI......does this qualify RI as a 'Proven Network' ?
If not, then what does?

As you know, forfree4u recently celebrated their 1st birthday, and they still arent classed as "proven" so I'm not sure what a network has to do

Jon made a thread saying that there are new rules coming in for sites to be supported on eXceem. He's probably just waiting until the new rules come in until any of the sites which agree to the rules can be supported.

Nah, I think you still have to receive one DVD but, i think they are waiting 2 weeks before sending aknowledgement.
I think you can still order 1 dvd, then cancel (if you wish) and still get the credit!

but you have to wait 2 weeks for them to credit and if they have done the offer successfully they will credit, and if not they wont so you know its a bad green
