Update -

We will be verifying november verifications shortly, we're trying to sort out the lovefilm problem first. We are taking those of you with declines off hold and then removing your credits. We have about a 1000 declines to get through so please be patient.

Crediting will be done this evening for all sites, as well as answering support tickets.

November verification orders will be sent out once we've recieved payment (around the 23rd of this month)

I didn't have a problem with that at all and that was not what I was asking.

All I am after is having the account verified so that I know whether I have enough greens. Then I can move on to other things and sit back.
