No, only one is confirmed green.

You need to complete an offer to progress in the conga.

i just tried doing the gala bingo offer and it said i already had an account on coral.co.uk but i have never been on either of them. i Then tried to make an account on coral and it said i already have one but i don't! whats gone wrong?

If it says you have, you probably have somehow. Maybe a family member made an account on the same computer.

There are plenty other offers, try those if you can.
