Oh noes - I guess it didn't track (since I am quite happily gambling away on Jackpotsomething already, but the offer doesn't show up in my thing either.) Is there anything that can be done about it, eg by emailing them (after all, my details are the same, and the sign up time is similar as well) ?

it can take a couple of days to show as complete so dont worry just yet

not all offers have a pending status they just turn green after x amount of days

I can confirm that:

gamerguy551 is showing as 'offer pending'
derniko is still showing as 'no offer completed'

It is twelve days since derniko signed up to Jackpotjoy - does anyone think this is an excessively long time without it going green?
