Timing varies. My wait was fairly long (see previous posts). But in the end, everything was sorted, and I received my credit.

This is the 2nd offer ive completed for this conga, as Real incentives people seem to have said they are on the case, then forgotton about me =/

so thats 25 quid so far =/ i know its less than the value of what im getting out of it, but still shows bad service. Hopefully they can redeem themselves in my eyes by sorting this one out, which is still showing as not completed =/ ill send a ticket in if its not changed at all by saturday monrning.

I have sent in a support ticket to find out whats going on, although i did this when i completed the jackpot joy offer aswell and nothing happened. Do the real incentive owners use exceem?

Hmm. I had to send in support tickets in November and they were answereed fairly quickly. but when i just signed in to check when i used them there is a banner on the left saying "Support - Receive a reponse within 24 hours -excludes weekends" Doesn't look like a promise they can keep . I don'tknow if Ash is still the one in charge but surely one of the other mods can chase him/this up ??
