| I have sent in a support ticket to find out whats going on, although i did this when i completed the jackpot joy offer aswell and nothing happened. Do the real incentive owners use exceem? |

| Hmm. I had to send in support tickets in November and they were answereed fairly quickly. but when i just signed in to check when i used them there is a banner on the left saying "Support - Receive a reponse within 24 hours -excludes weekends" Doesn't look like a promise they can keep . I don'tknow if Ash is still the one in charge but surely one of the other mods can chase him/this up ?? |
