No, if you are already a member of Apple.Real.Incentive then you can not join this conga! To join a conga you need to sign up through the first post in the Conga thread and do an offer, therefore you can not be a previous member of the site you are signing up to.

no it'll look like fraud, could try sending a support ticket to confirm, but don't hold your breath. you'd be best picking another site.
