Hi all,
Just signed up and joined Mecca Games. Went to deposit £10 and it said something about "commission rate had been changed" and wouldnt let me add any funds. I tried again and now it says I have to contact Customer Services quoting some reference code!! Any ideas whats going on? Is it now more than £10 to qualify, as it states on the offers page?

Hello there. i can confirm that jinoah has signed up but its not showing that you've completed any offer, it just says "no offer completed"

I signed up to the Mecca offer earlier today and deposited and spent £10. I hope it wont take too long until it shows its been completed! Fingers crossed it'll show up by the morning

Still havent heard anything about my support ticket regarding my Mecca sign up and offer not showing. Seems from another thread in the forum that the owner of the Real Incentives site has been a bit elusive regarding queries of late! I guess this is out of my hands for now until he gets it resolved. Frustrating!

Ash got back to me about my support ticket on Sunday and he said he was gonna look into it on Monday. Haven't heard anything back since then so I'll try and get in touch with him again today and see where he is with it all.
