Seem to be ok to me, Some people have queries with them updating offers but for me it took about 4-5 days for my offers to get recognised.

Processing is 28 days which is a rather long time, but as far as i know they are an efficient network.

In my experience console grab isn't great. On the other hand, this is in comparison to the mighty real-incentives! I found that it took me a long time to get greens on console grab and the updates that are every week mean that you have to wait. I dont know much about freebie networks but i know that real-incentives has amazing speed and support so id go ther if your goin for a first time freebie.

Thought i was a littl harsh come to think of it, they are a steady reliable network, just not very quick.

I am having a real problem with Console Grab, I have completed the offer 2 weeks ago and still my status is offer not complete i'm getting really pea-d off with them. They hardly respond to an e-mail i send them. I suggest real incentives meself after following gorillamanj's progress he seemed to have no problems and he was more than happy when he recived his x-box.

Welcome to eXceem runfree. consolegrab prob wasnt the best of sites to start with, they are very slow but Lee does come on occasionally to tell people when updates will be.

I'm getting a bit annoyed that my emails regarding the Wii are not being replied to, while other members are getting emails about other issues. It's a pretty straight forward question - how close to release date (if not on actual release date) will I receive my Wii?

a mate a referred is havin real problems with consolegrab as well. Signed up ages ago and did an offer and its still not completed. Not gettin e-mails replied to either.
When i say consolegrab is reliable, what i mean is that its exceem supported, seems to have been around for a while and DO issued gifts. Howeverr, support does seem to be a bit of a bugger

I got loads of yellows on there and i'm sure some of them must have done an offer, I got about 15 that haven't gone gree.

I've had my problems resolved, there was an email problem somewhere along the line. Providing processing goes through smoothly (and I fully expect it to), I should have the Wii within a couple of days of release. More than happy with that.

By the way, I thanked MattFlower by accident there, I meant to quote your statement regarding RealIncentives being the best network around (a beer too many yesterday). Basically, RI is still un-proven, if they continue with the same level of support and speed of crediting etc in 6months time, then that'll be the time to seriously consider RI as one of the better networks. At the moment, they're still too new.
