 | Lol, totally agree! My last 10+ tickets have been answered with 1 hour, most within 5 minutes  High praise goes to Lee! (And I must add that Xpango have been fantastic this week... and FJ are alway good, though not been in touch with them for a while!)

 | I think that all 3 supported sites have always been polite and helpful... I believe (although I am prepared to stand corrected) that the reason that lee can reply so quickly is that Kudos is a full time occupation rather than something fitted in around day jobs like FJ (and pizza - alex's son is going to be so confused when he gets older and realises that milk doesnt taste of pepperoni)

| In kudos i start to think that Lee answer the questions faster that i made the question  In Frebeejeebies they are very polite, and helpful, they answer once per day. Xpango needs to answer faster, in my opinion they need to be more professional in the support. that's my opinion... Regards kriptonite |
