I copleted this offer ages ago.. I want my GREEN!!! I am beginning to think this site (exceem) is run by collaborators, with the sole intention of exploiting the inexperienced!!! Apologies if this offends the site owners, but there seems to be noone oh here to turn to who actually answers pms.. especially the Genius Team owner reMF!!

| Re: Genius Team..... Remf.. Read This!!!!Get over yourself mate. I questioned whether BetFair actually accepted Paypal, because when I did the offer myself they didn't. They now seem to. Thanks for informing me of this. We send a No Offer Credit Report to BetFair every fortnight, so if you've submitted a No Offer Credit it will be sent in the next one, which will actually be tomorrow. As for the lack of support on these forums. As I've said before, we simply don't reply to PM's regarding support issues - so don't even bother. And considering we're not a "supported" Network, you'll have even less chance of getting a reply out of us. And this issue has nothing to do with Exceem - we're not even affiliated with them, so I have got the foggiest why you've roped them into this... Again let me make it clear to you: If you send me a PM relating to a support issue regarding my sites, you won't receive a reply. Now, take a deep breath, get some patience, and calm the 'mF' down. |

I wasn't aware that you didnt reply via pm's, it was suggested by somebody on this site that I contact you directly... and as for the unsupported part, it seems that a lot of people on here still use and reccomend you,. Apologies for throwing my toys out of the pram, but a polite... 'sorry, we don't do this via this site' to my first pm wouldn't have hurt!!! Ian
