 | Yet more fantastic praise for FJ !!My laptop screwed itself last week after installing some dubious software, and i lost everything on m hard drive during the subsequent OS reinstall. In my email client I had saved three Amazon vouchers worth a total of £70. However, the emails had long since been deleted off the mail server. I contacted FJ and Richard got in touch with Amazon and lo and behold a day later I've got my vouchers and all £70 is accounted for!!  Thanks soooooooooooo much FJ for saving my skin! Its never a good week when you lose data and have to reinstall all your software again and modify your addons and settings, so that really would have been the icing on a very distressing cake. I can't stress enough how grateful I am, especially since I know a lot of networks wouldn't have bothered helping me. Cheers guys!
