 | Real Incentives = Poor ServiceI orignally signed up to freebies jeebies and every support ticket i sent in was answered quickly, politely and whats more the info was relevant. To convince people freebies wasnt a scam i planned on signing up to a real incentives site and getting a 1gb ipod shuffle. Signed up, completed the offer, yet it has always said not compleed, so doesnt help the people im in the conga with. Have sent support tickets to real incentives and got a reply after around 1 week and a 1/2 that said i needed to send in some infomation and it would be looked into. Sent all the relevant info and since then, a few weeks ago now, nothing has happened. A waste of 10 pounds on jackport joy, and a waste of an offer i could have done for another freebies jeebies site. Dissapointing Real Incentives, its a shame you cant offer the same service that freebies jeebies can =/ |
