![]() | Cool. I can see they've served you well.. Do you think there's any reason these are better than others around? Harry |

![]() | Sorry Jon, I apologise completely. I may well be, I'm not really sure. The whole thing fascinates me at the moment and has done for a great period of time. Would you like to talk, Jon? Harry |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | It's not the issue of asking about improvements or competition that we have a problem with, it's the issue 'if you are' of gaining feedback from exceem members without asking whether you can do so. If it is for a potential new network it's common courtesy to drop an email explaining this

![]() | Fair enough, Emma. Again, I apologise. Just ignore this thread if it's going to cause such fracas and ill-feeling as this Harry |

![]() | Putting aside the fact that he never asked us for our opinions first, market research or no market research, I'd like to continue this thread by saying the following... In my short time on the "freebie hunting" scene, my first step was to research the different sites available and see which one suited me the most. Now, I am not saying any one network is better as I have only thus far tried one (And once I get my first freebie, I will be trying out another network) which is FreebieJeebies. The reasons FJ appealed to me were that it allowed greens to be carried over once you verified for an item, there are no time limits in place that say you need to meet a certain amount of referrals to qualify, it's site design is eye catching and I had heard (and can now confirm) that their customer support is super quick and top notch. If you really are considering putting together another network, then I suggest first and foremost you have the resources available to provide excellent customer support. Secondly, you are going to need a great web design in order to compete with the other well-established networks. Also, you are going to want to try and pick and choose the best features from the different networks and include them in yours. It's going to be a lot of hard work, and if you think this is going to be a set and forget business opportunity you are truly mistaken. I am not trying to put you off... Quite the opposite in fact. I am just certain that, and I believe I speak for all of us here at eXceem, your going to need to put in a lot of effort in order to gain our trust as a new network. Hope I helped... |

| iPod 20gb | Here is an idea that I'd like to see put into place, it's based around custom orders, at the moment most networks (I say most as I have not used all yet) system works on a support ticket set up. So basicly you sign up, click on support, enter a support ticket and give them the item you want from say Amazon and they will get back to you. I'd like to see a more user friendly custom order page, where we select "Custom Order" and are then given a submission field where we write in the URL to Amazon of the item required. We then hit submit and the site then simply set's up the rest. If it's not accepted for what ever reason then a simple email/message on your account stating the reason. I believe right now it's only the hardcore freebie hunters that use the custom orders, if it was made a lot more simple to new users then maybe conversions would be better, who knows. Just food for thought |

select freebiejeebies i think the problem with that is the market place stuff etc ..could be wrong though | |

| FJ Network Owner | Yeah it's not that simple because not everyone wants to order from amazon - and we get a lot of requests from sites that we simply cannot order from (they don't allow delivery to other addresses) and if it's a marketplace seller then we have to use our cash rate as we don't get to reclaim the VAT. Select.FJ was the best we could come up with

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | To ditto sentiments on here, Good networks = paying up when you get our referrals (ie Freebiejeebies and Kudos), not holding on and not greening them cause your might have to actually pay out, and ignoring emails (ie GA)

Every kudos site has got a special custom order page exactly like you described You can chose to order Amazon vouchers or bank transfer. The system will calculate what you will get. You can also order items from any website by inputting the URL and price. All of these requests are submitted as tickets which you can then observe for a response to see whether your custom order request has been successful or not. You can find this feature on the support page, under the Custom Order tab.

| iPod 20gb | Never knew that, will have to check this out, kinder system I was talking about, I just feel it's not explained very well about custom orders on many sites, then again if they really wanted to know more then they would reseach it more I suppose. Thanks Kudos |

| iPod Nano 4GB | I think a good network is xpango - they have fast delivery, and you don't have to complete the offers if you dont want to. Plus i am willing to help, it sounds interesting. |
