 | FreebieJeebies (and Furb) does it again !My night so far: 6.30 - got home from work 7.50 - decided to go for a custom order on gifts.freebiejeebies 8.07 - submitted support ticket 8.09 - got reply saying that was OK 8.40 - realised i was still 3 greens off the item i needed 9.30 - took up a very very kind offer from Furb and emailed another support ticket 9.45 - pressed verify 10.15 - lost a green  11.00 - second very kind offer from Furb 11.10 - pressed verify again 11.15 - processing  At my calculations I went from having no idea what i wanted to verifying twice with about 6 support tickets and plenty of 'faffing' about (i believe that is the correct technical term) needed from Rich and Furb - all within about 3 hours. Amazing. Beats the 4 months i had to wait after getting all required greens with freepay !! |

It's the 2.4Ghz 3Gb RAM one, Dabs had it on for just over £600 but now it's at £685 ! I don't want Furbs to be overrun with requests for free greens so I must say he didn't 'give' me them but i did cheekily ask for his help in a moment of need Without him (and Rich obviously!!) i'd not have snagged it at the bargain price and would have had another 4 greens to get! Just to keep piling on the FJ love, i received a support ticket response saying that the item was shipped and here's your tracking number - I didn't even send a ticket asking, they just reopened a closed ticket to let me know!! All the extra effort at this time of year is really appreciated so thanks again to Rich & Alex | |
