| Has an EXTRA leg! | Customer service - whose the best?Hi to all, I recently created an ebook (mostly for affiliate purposes that I sold on ebay so it was legit) but I decided to do it properly I decided to test, as well as some other things, each sites customer service (call me sad, but...) Vote on the poll for who you think is the best I put freepay on the poll purely for comedy value Sorry if some of the networks are unsupported - the ones that arent supported faired badly! No prize - just to see if exceem really is clued up JTP P.S. Customer service was based upon the TIME TAKEN TO RESPOND, not the quality of the responses, although this wouldn't make much difference... 3 emails were sent, and the average response time taken P.P.S. Prize of undying amazement to the person who can guess the quickest time by the network...

I see your point... However, customer service is very important in every business, even more so with freebie sites, as people require constant attention I did this to find out which site has the best customer service - I did email them three times each, as you say, to find out how quickly they responded, and whether the responses were genuine, or computer generated, such as freepay's I realise that the sites have a lot to do, but for those people out there who know nothing about freebie sites this is very important. Every newbie wants to know, or at least I do, that there questions would be answered. Who wants to sign up to a site that knows that The point I raised in my ebook was that freepay offer considerably lower rates than all other network sites, and so surely they would be the better option?? Apparently not, because there customer service is beyond atrocious, and other sites although offering higher rates take the time to care for their customers I appreciate that the sites have a lot to do - the emails weren't "How quickly can you reply to this?" but were genuine. I was trying to show the people in the ebook that the best site isn't always the one with the lowest referral rates I apologise for all the trouble that I have caused the sites in doing this, and sorry if I have upset anyone else on exceem by my "thoughtless" actions. This was intended to be informative and helpful to those who don't know a jot about freebie sites - I appreciate that you know everything there is to know, and so consider this to be a waste of time. However, others may not, and find this helpful, as it was intended to be. Arctic - I apologise to you if I have somehow angered you in doing this To others - the poll still stands, and I hope that you find it informative, and fun Thanks JTP

| Has an EXTRA leg! | Re: Customer service - whose the best?Chiggles, I sent queries to all of the sites to do with their offers available - the queries were genuine, such as "Is Lovefilm free trial different to Lovefilm PAYG, as I have already signed up to the Lovefilm free trial?" This is a genuine query as for different sites, I received different responses. The other queries were along the same line. I see that you are one of the owners of freebie jeebies - I apologise for any inconvenience that I have caused you in doing this. This really was not meant to waste your time, or mine, but to help others out there who needed to know what site to sign up to on my ebook, and customer service is a fundamental point in this. Now, admittedly, I do realise that I have caused you to waste what precious emailing time you have, and I am sorry for that. I cannot take back what I have done, but can only apologise prefusely. I hope you'll accept my apology Sorry JTP

| eXtra! | Re: Customer service - whose the best?i would say take it as a good thing, but i'm still a bit weirded out that someone would send in 3 emails to each of the networks for nothing, when he could have just posted a poll like this and got all our views! I pretty much guarantee that the results will work out in the end. For me its hard as both FJ and GA have been extremely fast at sorting my queries out, with the quickest resolution being just shy of 6 mins B

| Has an EXTRA leg! | Re: Customer service - whose the best?In reply to ForFree4Us comment: No you didn't, although judging by the response I seem to have had from the esteemed members of exceem, I suspect that you're actually glad! However, I am sure that you are just as capable as the leading site in customer service, and missing you out, purely by accident, was not done deliberately So sorry for not sending you emails, but a good job I didn't?!?!?! Freepay was put there for the humour side - I never actually emailed them, as I knew that I wouldn't get a human response within my lifetime... Keep voting! JTP
