Customer service - whose the best?

Speed of Customer service is pretty pointless without adding in quality of repsonse.

e.g. you could log a ticket with me (if i was a network) and I could just reply immediately with jibberish.

Quality and understanding are what its all about.

Im not taking anything away from the way the results stand, as I have a sneaky feeling people are not just voting on speed of response anyway, they are voting on their overall experience.

18 seconds!!! That's quite an effort!!! No wonder people seem to get support tickets from you guys in under 5 minutes!!

Jade, you're probably right - but most of the time, and in fact all of the time, the quality of response between services is minimal (bar freepay and some others)

For instance, freebiejeebies, kudos, and other sites will all give personalised responses that are all easy to understand - the point that I'm trying to make in this poll is that having a reply in 5 minutes is better than a reply in 10 days, regardless of its content (to an extent)

Anyway, glad the poll is going well - keep voting, and I'll put the results up later

The poll has now closed, and eXceem knows it's stuff - FreebieJeebies were the best customer service team... Congrats to them

I also managed to find times for the ForFree4U network - I forgot to put them in the poll, and didn't realise that I had included them, until I looked again - sorry for not including you in the poll! And sorry if you didn't want the emails...

The results below are the average time for the responses, taken from 3 different emails.

Averages can obviously not be taken when an email was not replied to (within 7 days)...

Here are the results below:

1) - FJ = 39 MINUTES!!! (Quickest was 5 minutes - hats off!)

2) - Kudos = 7hrs 32 mins

3) - ForF4U = 8hrs 6 mins

4) - freeipod.co.uk = 1d, 13hrs, 41 mins

5) - Giveaway Network = 2d, 1hr, 3 mins

6) - Interclickz = 2d, 11hrs

7) - Real Incentives = No reply to 2 emails, Last email 22hrs 33 mins

8) - Freepay = I didnt bother, but they are better than...

9) - ipodgrab = No replies to any emails...

Congrats to those who voted right, and to all of the networks...
