My Thoughts on Freepay

Hi,

Just wanted to share my thoughts on Freepay.

I'm a relative newbie to the freebie scene having only been active since October 2007. So far I have received a Sony Sat Nav from freebiejeebies, an 8GB Ipod Touch from Freepay and I've just ordered an Xbox360 Premium from Freepay.

I had heard a lot of bad things about Freepay so was a little apprehensive about completing a site but I was very pleasantly surprised.

My Ipod Touch account was verified in 2 weeks and delivered about a week later. One support ticket was answered within a few days albeit not very satisfactorily.

My Xbox account was verified within hours Now awaiting delivery.

Very pleased with Freepay, what are your thoughts??

Well, aren't you one in a million then. I'm sure people will disagree about their customer support times. I suppose they're not doing anything wrong cus they say verification/delivery will take a month or whatever anyway.

Those low ref rates are too tempting for me!!

I guess I've just been lucky so far. I've only completed two freepay sites and both have worked out well.
I'm sure I'm not the only one who hasn't had any problems with them. Of course, there are many people who have had problems with them.

I know what you mean about the referral rates. Definitely worth the wait!

Re: My Thoughts on Freepay

Fantastic for me.

Asked verification first time, they verified it the same day (I failed though)

Second verification passed in 6 days, passed this one.

Didn't have to wait long for it, got it before the ESD, delivered fast.

The majority of my support tickets were answered, I don't think I had to open another one to get their attention.

Low referral rates, the best around, universal offers that any age group can complete.

Hence why I'm going for my second one, and maybe a third.

I think what people forget is that there are millions of customers to deal with, and only 12 employees (don't know how accurate that is now), so really, they do a good job.

Well, my experience anyway.

Just had a quick read, lol @ the amount of issues on the article. In fact, surprised there even is an article about freepay on wikipedia!

Also, it says their revenue was 12.5 mil in 2004 -

Re: My Thoughts on Freepay

ive completed all but 2 of the freepay sites "them 2 due to me forgetting about them and time ran out" and overall id say they are ok.
support it ****e but in the end you do get your freebie.
most people are too impaitent for this freebie lark but if u can kick back and chill a little then freepay is easy greens and good to go.
other sites i find hard work getting greens, example 1 site i have 30 yellows 1 pending lovefilm if that was the freepay site id have at least 3-4 greens.

just need to change me name by depoll and move house ill be good to go at it all again lol

Re: My Thoughts on Freepay

I've generally had very good experiences with Freepay. The referral rates are very low, and I have got my products in pretty good time. I seem to get greens much quicker with Freepay than with any other company; I think this may in part be due to Celldorado.

The bad point is the 3 month rule; but I always get all my greens well within this time. I have cocked up on 2 offers through my own naivety/stupidity. One was using methods which I can see looked like I was "walking people through" the process (I wasn't, but I had no way of proving this). And on the laptops offer, I signed up then forgot about it for about 2 months - so I didn't get the referrals in time. On the whole though, mustn't grumble; but maybe I have just been lucky

signing up for someone else, completing an offer for someone else, telling them step by step how to sign up and complete an offer.. different networks have different views

how did it look like you were walking them through the process?
i told all my friends and they all did the ringtone offer, i dont want them to think i was walking them through.
