ie. freepay joining free ps3 AND free iphone or something... same address and details

yeh you can join ps3.freepay and ipods.freepay etc with same details, but you can't join ps3.freepay twice.

Doesn't it depend on certain networks because some of them you can restart again am i right?

I know what you mean about the variations, but on some networks i think you can 'refresh' your list once youve completed it. Excuse me if im wrong.

No I believe you are correct, not that I have had any of mine done but I believe R.I and FJ will both reset your account for you if you ask them.

I also believe they will also set your account to completed offer but not 100 percent sure on this.
