freepay. (forgotten about me?)

Recently whilst i've been banned i've watched everyone get verified and get their vouchers and order their stuff etc. Apparently some people got verified in a matter of hours. Not me.

I clicked "approve" around the 1st of october. 2 days later one of my refs were put on hold so i got another green by the 3rd of october and went on approval again. Since then i've been waiting and waiting. Support ticket after Support ticket.

Why have freepay forgotten about me? It's past a month and a half now. I'm getting rather frustrated and now i'm not going to get my ipod touch before christmas, which has really pissed me off.

I've lost my faith in freepay at the moment.

i know how you feel m8... it took me 3 months to verify on freepay aswell but hopefully your account will be verified soon

This happened to me on ipodnanos.freepay, one of my referrals went on hold whilst i was verifying, i got another green and clicked verify again... not a peep since then. I've sent a support ticket but not had a response yet.

yep same thing for me..........got put on hold as two of my greens were not accepted, so got two more and been waiting on verification for over a month now.......so many people have got approved in this time apart from the people in our situation........btw this on flatscreens.

i got a reply from one ticket. (automated)

saying approval can take more than 30 days.


and thats it.

idiots. Shso annoying they dont have a phone number

i requested approval, one person got put on hold, so i got another green, and i clicked verify last night, it took less than 24 hours last time. i have a funny feeling its not going to arrive by Christmas as i doubt ill get verified anytime soon. Freepay seem to not care about people who don't get through verification the first time...

yeah, i sent a support ticket with a link to this thread and referring to the 5 other people here who are having the same problem. I sent mine last night, I'm hoping i will get verified as this is meant to go towards a Christmas present for someone.

Freepay started to look as if they were back on their feet, verifying people all over in less than 24 hours, and then shipping in less than a month! doesn't look very likely to me now though was assessed in 24 hours, 1 account on hold, and now I'm verifying again, my guess is the will wait 30 days to do so!

Yes this is exactly the same with my flatscreens. I went for approval before, one of my referrals got put on hold. Now ive reapplied again and nothing. They replied to my support ticket saying they would have a look. Still waiting. I approved really quick on gaming and laptops too. On gaming i got told ds out of stock, received voucher day after

ye it's pretty clear now that theres a small group of us that haven't been verified because we had already gone in for approval. Wonder why. They better approve us all quick.

well i don't understand why all of us are being separated from other people? what is the difference whether you have gone in for verification before or not?

As for the gifts being shipped out before Christmas, that sounds very doubtful... i was hoping this too, but if other peoples experiences are anything to go by, we might all have to wait a month to get verified

Grr, this is so annoying... My ps3 account got verified just now, and 2 of my greens went on hold, so it looks like i'm going to have the same problem with this too.

always get extra greens saves all this happening, i always get 2-3 extra unless i know the signups are 100%.

yeah i know i really did try, but it was hard enough for me to get 5 people to sign up... i would never have been able to get 6 or 7...
