(forgotten about me?)I had trouble with Freepay when I had enough referrals for my Xbox360, they took ages to get back to me once I was approved and I had to submit many support tickets. The trick? I sent threats of legal action if I was not given a reply ASAP... Worked a treat and I got my Xbox 360 Premium within 2 weeks of that  Just keep pestering them, they will buckle in the end and send you your gift.

(forgotten about me?)yeah i was thinking something like that, but if i get verified within 24 hours of clicking the button, then surely the queue isn't that long? i mean say for example its 13:00 Monday, i get verified at 11:00 Tuesday that took 22 hours for me to go from the back of the queue to being verified... so if i don't get past verification, its as if their punishing me... so not only am i going to the back of the queue... im staying there and theres people who clicked verify AFTER me getting verified first, just doesn't seem fair and doesn't make sense:S

Ticket answered withing 14 hours. :P typical freepay, anyway, i got this message: "Thanks for contacting us you account has been approved, Please log on to submit your order. Sorry for this delay. Team FreePayCustomer Support" Their spellings dodgey but who cares! To all the people who were in my position, send a ticket threatening to contact the BBB. works a trick! yay!

I sort of said that i'm extremely unhappy that the ipod touch won't get here in time for christmas because i wanted to use it as a present. also said that it's gone on long enough and that i have screenshots nd stuff of refs and will take my case to the BBB if i'm not approved within 5 days.
