![]() | Giveaway Network – Superb support as ever.I just got a problem sorted out with Giveaway Network and I felt I had to post and praise the support I’ve had, not just this time but any time I’ve raised a support ticket. First of all, every support ticket I’ve raised over the last year or so has been answered within 48 hours with I’d guess around 75% of them being answered that evening or over night. Lisa has always been so helpful, it is evident that she has actually reads the tickets and done everything in her powers to give a useful answer or resolve the problem. On several occasions I’ve had replies to the support ticket just checking if everything was ok or making sure I was happy with the resolution (such as getting an Amazon voucher instead of a Wii which she rushed through as I’d been missed off verification and then following up to check I’d received the voucher and that I was a happy customer!). I’ve made the mistake in the past of PM’ing Tab directly in the hope of getting a quick resolution but with a support system like this I can honestly say that there is no need (not just that but there is no reason why Tab should bother responding as they already have the great support system in place). If it’s something Lisa can’t help with herself then it gets passed on for Tab’s review anyway and any time I’ve needed his intervention it’s still only taken a couple of days at the most (this time I went from support ticket to final answer in about 18 hours (including 6 of which where whilst I slept!)) One of the other great things which cement my love for Giveaway is the fact that they are pragmatic, fair, and never out to simply claw in as much short term cash as possible. I say this because I have had ref’s go on hold in the past which have been resolved with simple explanations, I have myself been on hold and been given the benefit of the doubt (my 1st freebie as an inexperienced ‘hunter’ just over a year ago) They don’t use matching IP addresses as a ‘one strike and your out’ rule but rather as a piece of a larger picture to help them prevent fraud, which just shows that they aren’t just out to put people on hold and give out as few items as possible. I think these points combined with the great design, varied offers, large array of sites/gifts and the ever useful information flow with regard to verification dates and orders etc. just goes to show why the Giveaway Network is as strong as ever and will no doubt continue to grow and prosper..
